MDE Report Card

The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) Report Card is a tool to help inform families about their school. Families can use the data to make important decisions and meaningfully engage with schools and educators. While the Report Card provides a lot of information, nothing can replace the value of talking with your student’s teacher to understand how a student is doing in school. View contact information for Four Seasons Staff.

Every year teachers, administrators, and parents review data, set goals, and create a plan of action for student success. The result is the Four Seasons A+ Elementary School Continuous Improvement Plan (SCIP). Implementation of the SCIP is reviewed during the year during our monthly community meetings in December and March. Opportunities to review the present SCIP, and write the 2026-2027 SCIP, will take place in spring.
