Thank you for visiting our web page. Welcome to fourth grade. This is a great year for academic growth. More responsibility is placed on fourth graders as they assume more responsibility for their learning and become independent thinkers and learners. Fourth graders are just beginning to think for themselves and are starting to ask, "how come and why?" It is truly amazing watching your child transition from the primary grades into the intermediate grades and begin to question the world around them. I look forward to working with your children this year to help them reach their potential and experience success in fourth grade.
Getting to Know Mrs. Simpson Hi! My name is Camille Simpson and I am so happy to be your child's teacher. I have been teaching many years for the St. Paul Schools. I especially like the year round schedule. It gives students and teachers an opportunity to pace ourselves through the school year and stay fresh with our teaching and learning. During my "free time" I enjoy traveling with my husband, visiting both of our daughters on the east coast, attending Timberwolves games (yes I am STILL a fan) and going "up north" for rest and relaxation! When I am feeling especially brave, I let my son who is an automotive student at Dunwoody Technical College "tinker" on my automobile!
