Parents' Right To Know

Under the No
Child Left Behind law, parents have the right to request information
regarding the professional qualifications of their student’s classroom
teachers. Parents who would like to receive this information should
write to the Human Resource Department, Attn: ESEA Teacher
Qualifications, Saint Paul Public Schools, 360 Colborne Street, Saint
Paul, MN 55102-3299.
The law states that school districts must "notify the parents of each
student" attending a Title I school of the parents' right to request
such information.
