Welcome to fourth grade! We are looking forward to a wonderful year as students move from the primary into the intermediate grades. Fourth grade is a year of opportunities for great academic growth. Fourth graders are expected to assume more responsibility for their learning and work independently for longer periods of time. They also have many opportunities to become more skilled at working productively in cooperative groups. Students are able to set goals for themselves and then work toward meeting those goals. I look forward to working with the children this year to help them reach their potential and experience success in fourth grade.
