Our Third Grade classroom is an exciting place to learn for the students that are enrolled.  We work every day to develop our school readiness skills, learn about friendships and practice following school routines.  We use the Responsive Classroom approach to reinforce positive behavior and to develop a caring community of learners.  We have been using the Everyday Math Workshop model in order to teach them exciting ways to learn about math.  The Reader's and Writer's Workshop gives them an opportunity to become lifelong reader's and writers.  I look forward to being part of their learning experience.
